What we do:

We are a well established, and progressive practice known for delivering excellent patient outcomes in a warm and friendly environment.  With over 10 years of history we are continuing to expand our services due to a popular following amongst patients, veterinary referrers, strong networks and an excellent community reputation.

Our practice is at the forefront of integrative veterinary practice in Western Australia, providing an opportunity to work in one of WA’s first practices offering rehab and hydrotherapy services in addition to traditional veterinary services.  We provide a positive workplace, in a stimulating learning environment, with fantastic clientele.

Our patients and their best outcome is our primary focus, and providing individual treatment plans rather than a “one size fits all” approach to their veterinary care underpins everything that we do.  With that in mind, medicines and products are chosen based on the patient’s best interests, rather than what may provide the clinic with the most reward benefits.

The Team:

We are a close-knit team who celebrate each other’s wins and are there to support each other.  Our meeting rhythm makes all the difference.  1:1 catch ups every 2-3 weeks, regular team meetings, daily client briefings, and regular acknowledgement of individual and team achievements.

The Culture:

We know that dealing with clients after client can be energy draining. You can quickly burn out without the right coaching and leadership. That’s why we invest time in our employees so they can be the best version of themselves, as well as providing sufficient length consult times to allow you to work up your cases properly. We want to help you grow both as an employee but also as an individual.  We exude positive energy and love to have time off to enjoy life outside of work. We can’t wait to welcome you on board!

If you want to improve your existing skills, then this is the place to be.   Our director and principle vet, Fran Pagnacco, is committed to helping all of our team to reach their potential, both professionally and personally, by providing all the support necessary for you to reach your goals in a caring and supportive environment.
