Meet Our Team
Dr Fran Pagnacco
Fran did her Veterinary training at Murdoch University, graduating in 1999. Fran has spent 18 years working in Perth and 2 years in the UK as a small animal practitioner.
She loves cats and dogs equally, and gets a huge amount of joy from forming close professional bonds with her clients and patients alike.
Fran had a dream to provide her local community with a family friendly vet practice - somewhere where people would enjoy coming, confident in the knowledge that they and their pet family will always be welcome and where they will always receive honest, personalized and professional veterinary care.
In 2011, this dream started to come true with Vogue Vets in Joondanna - in 2019, she expanded their services to include animal rehab & physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, acupuncture, traditional chinese medicine and traditional western medicine at Vogue Vets & Wellness Centre
Fran regularly updates her continuing professional development and has recently completed courses and received further Certificates in Canine Sports Medicine, Post operative Cruciate Rehabilitation and Therapeutic Handling for Canine Rehabilitation.
Fran has 2 handsome little cats called Matthew & Fergal, and a beautiful Golden Retriever called Ami

Tara is also a local who graduated from Murdoch University Veterinary School in 1996. Tara started her veterinary career in the Perth hills, where she worked as a small animal veterinarian for 3.5 years before doing some travelling. She spent the next 2.5 years travelling extensively through Europe, working at veterinary clinics in between her travels.
After settling back into Perth, Tara worked locally for 6 years before starting a family. At this point she switched to part time veterinary work and is now kept extremely busy sharing her time between her 3 children, and 3 part time jobs, including working part time here at Vogue Vets.
Tara has been with us since we started Vogue Vets in 2011 and is interested in general Small Animal Medicine and Surgery.
Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with her family and ferrying them between various sporting events!

Dr Nadia Marchini
Nadia is another Murdoch University Veterinary Graduate, having graduated from there in 1991.
Nadia spent numerous years in mixed animal practice in the Pilbara and south west WA, until she finally moved back to Perth to concentrate on small animal medicine and surgery.
After 10 years full time in practice she became disheartened at the inability to help some cases with western medicine. She then became interested in alternative therapies and decided to study for an Advanced Diploma of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. This course was taken over 3 1/2 years with 5 weeks work experience in a hospital in Hangzhou China and, although the course was aimed at people, she has used acupuncture in animals both during and after her studies with great success.
On completion of the course Nadia started a mobile veterinary acupuncture business with a colleague but the birth of her children made this harder for her to do. Currently, she is lecturing veterinary nursing part time at Tafe but her passion for helping fur babies with acupuncture is always utmost in her mind.
Nadia is very excited to be involved with a Wellness centre for animals and to work with other like minded Vets to help your pets feel comfortable and happy throughout their lives.
Nadia is available for appointments at Stirling every Friday
Dr Madeline Sims
Mady is another Perth local, who completed her veterinary training through Murdoch University. She has been a part of the Vogue Vets team since 2018.
Mady enjoys and is passionate about all aspects of her career as a vet; but has special interests in small animal surgery, neurology, anaesthesia, and pain management. She is very excited to be able to utilise physio, hydrotherapy and acupuncture alongside western medical techniques to better help her patients live happy, comfortable lives.
At home, Mady has a small zoo of furry (and scaley) children! Two beautiful dogs; Molly, a 13 year old cavoodle and Coda, a 5 year old border collie, a gorgeous 6 year old cat called Ronan, and 6 year old bearded dragon called Puff!
Mady is available for appointments at Stirling on Tuesdays and
at Joondanna on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays
BNatSc (Animal Science), PGDip Animal Physiotherapy
Lucy is our Animal Physio and has had a passion for animals her entire life. Lucy completed a Bachelor of Natural Science (Animal Science) at Western Sydney University and began her career as a veterinary nurse, working for five years at a Sydney veterinary clinic.
During this time, Lucy began volunteering at an animal physiotherapist in Sydney. Inspired to undertake further study, Lucy completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Animal Physiotherapy at The College of Animal Physiotherapy in the UK, where she graduated with Distinction and undertook a research thesis investigating the positive impacts of diet and exercise on managing canine obesity.
Since completing her post-graduate studies, Lucy relocated to Perth and has worked both as a Veterinary Nurse and alongside an Animal Rehabilitation Practitioner. In these roles she has built on her experience and further developed her diagnostic skills.
Recently Lucy has moved to our purpose-built Veterinary Rehabilitation Centre in Stirling, where she is the primary animal physio and hydrotherapist.
Lucy has a keen interest in the use of rehabilitation as an alternative to surgery, post-surgery rehabilitation and maintaining strength and mobility in older animals.
Lucy is available for physio, rehab & hydrotherapy appointments Tuesday to Friday
